If the registered user passes the Quickcert exam simulator online with an average score of 96% or better then fails the corresponding certification exam at the testing center on more than one occasion within 180 days of purchase and faxes the results of both purchased failed exams (QuickCert Exam Simulator & Certification Exam) to QuickCert, then the corresponding training package for that EXAM may be returned for a refund, less shipping and handling charges. This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly through QuickCert, Inc. Exam fees are not included in cost of training.
