If the registered user passes the Quickcert exam simulator online with an average score of 90% or better, then fails the corresponding certification exam on more than one occasion at the testing center within 180 days of purchase, then the corresponding training package for that EXAM may be returned for a refund, less shipping and handling charges. This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly through QuickCert, Inc. Exam fees are not included in cost of training.
