"Looking for a job in a poor economy, I felt I needed to distinguish myself from the pack and my NT4.0 MCSE was just not going to be sufficient. I needed to upgrade my MCSE to 2003 as quickly as possible, but also as cost effectively as I could. He not only holds one's interest, let's you learn from his unscripted teaching (aka mistakes, but that leads to learning to troubleshoot situations that you wouldn't even see on other's videos), but really is a good video speaker/teacher.
